2026/27 Premier League Season

The 2026/27 Premier League season kicks off on Friday 21 August 2026, with reigning champions Arsenal hosting newly promoted Coventry City at the Emirates Stadium, as Mikel Arteta's side begin their defence of the title for the first time in over two decades.

Coventry City, Ipswich Town and Hull City return to the top flight this season, replacing relegated West Ham United, Burnley and Wolverhampton Wanderers.
