Essential storage
Our Rails session cookie maintains your browsing session and supports site functions such as your basket and account. Session identifiers may relate to you; essential does not mean anonymous. Session storage is required to provide these functions.
We store your analytics and maps choices in local storage under tf_cookie_preferences_v2, including the choice, date and policy version. The choice is valid for 180 days, after which we ask again. Local storage may remain on your device until replaced or cleared. If your browser blocks storage, we cannot remember your choice between visits.
Optional Google Analytics
Only if you accept analytics, Google Analytics 4 collects information about page visits and site use. The provider is Google. We use measurement ID G-NLK9G8LZD9. Google Signals and advertising personalisation are disabled in our website configuration.
Google Analytics uses _ga to distinguish visitors and _ga_NLK9G8LZD9 to maintain session information. Our tag requests a 180-day cookie lifetime without automatic renewal. Actual browser retention can be shorter. These cookies are not loaded when you reject analytics.

Optional Google Maps
Embedded maps connect to Google only after you allow Google Maps. Once accepted, maps load automatically on event pages for up to 180 days. Google receives your IP address and may store or access cookies according to your browser, account and Google's policies linked above. Use Cookie settings to withdraw map permission; this removes the embedded map and prevents future loading. It cannot erase information already sent to Google or cookies controlled by Google. Google controls its own cookie durations.
Changing your choice
Use to accept or reject analytics and maps at any time. Rejecting stops future analytics collection and attempts to delete accessible analytics cookies; if analytics was already loaded the page reloads. It does not erase data already sent to Google. You can also delete cookies and browser storage in your browser settings.
We no longer load Olark, Meta Pixel or ShareThis tracking scripts. Cookies previously set by those services may remain until they expire or you clear them in your browser.
