Men's Rugby World Cup

November
The Men's Rugby World Cup 2027 runs from 1 October to 13 November 2027, as Australia hosts rugby's showpiece event for the third time. The expanded 24-team tournament features 52 matches across eight stadiums in seven host cities — Adelaide, Brisbane, Melbourne, Newcastle, Perth, Sydney and Townsville — with more than 2.5 million tickets available and over 750,000 already sold in the initial sales phase. The tournament opens at Perth Stadium on 1 October, builds through the pool stage and a newly introduced round of 16, and climaxes with the final at Stadium Australia in Sydney on 13 November, alongside the semi-finals and third-place playoff. Sydney is the only city to host two venues, also staging matches at the rebuilt Sydney Football Stadium, while Melbourne's Docklands Stadium becomes the tournament's only retractable-roof venue. As the biggest edition of the tournament in history, demand for tickets to the Wallabies' pool matches and the knockout stages in Sydney is exceptionally high — book early to secure your seats.
